We hope that you are pleased with the products you received from us, but if you do need to return anything we offer the following options to you:
IF YOUR PRODUCT IS UNWANTED, WRONG OR YOU'VE CHANGED YOUR MIND
We are happy to offer you a refund or an exchange if the product you are returning is in a fully resaleable condition i.e. unopened and unused(including cellophane), and the return is made within 30 days. In this case you can either:
Please contact our support team. To return your item, please print off your returns label and take your parcel to your local Collect+ drop off point. If you would like to return a product from your order simply send the unopened product back to the return address in its original sealed packaging. Once we receive it we will refund the goods in full. You can expect a refund within one billing cycle of our receiving your returned product. If shipping was free for your order it will be deducted from the credit we apply to your credit card. Please note, we do not accept returns for cosmetics and skincare items due to health reasons, please make your selections carefully. If you receive the wrong item, do not unpack it. Such goods are subject to return in the marketable condition with intact plastic packaging. Upon opening the goods, you consent to the use of this product and it is no longer subject to return for hygienic reasons.
No refunds for undelivered, unclaimed, returned, damaged by mail delivery and refused packages. Please note that when suppliers make a mistake, if you selected free international delivery (at our expense) when ordering, then the return of the goods is at the buyer's expense.
*All other orders can be returned up to 30 days after the ship date for a full refund minus shipping and gift wrap charges.
